- Enter DeepCool -> Device -> Media Mode
- Use the
format button
to delete all media and LCD display settings
- Upload GIF again to check if LCD displays normally
Monitoring and Recording Mode Verification
- Check if LCD displays normally when switching to
Monitoring and Recording Mode
- Verify if LCD returns to normal display after
restarting the computer
Initial Information Gathering
- Provide the following:
Purchase date
Date when the issue first occurred
- Any special operations before the issue occurred, such as:
Windows updates
BIOS updates
Uploading custom GIF
Antivirus software
Overclocking software
(Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU) or AMD Ryzen Master)
RGB control software
Network control software
Hardware conflicts
- If you have any of the above software installed, try
disabling them
and test again
Power Cycle Procedure
- Shut down the computer
Unplug the power supply
Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
(you may hear a click sound)
- Restart the computer and check if normal operation is restored
Software Reinstallation Steps
Uninstall DeepCool software
- Shut down the computer
Disconnect all power sources
Reconnect the 9-pin connector and SATA cable to different ports
- (If other USB devices are connected to the motherboard,
temporarily disconnect them
)
Wait 5 minutes
- Start the computer
Install the latest version of DeepCool software to a different partition
(e.g., if previously installed on C:, install on D:)
Device Manager Inspection
- Right-click Start menu and select
Device Manager
- Expand
"Universal Serial Bus Controllers"
and "Universal Serial Bus Devices"
- Take a screenshot of the expanded view
- Check for
Mystique device
- If Mystique device is present:
- Double-click to open properties
- Take a screenshot of the
Driver tab
- If Mystique device is not present but there are
devices with yellow exclamation marks

Uninstall the device
- Click
Action -> Scan for hardware changes
Restart the computer
